Melatonin PR provides all of the benefits of Melatonin in a convenient prolonged-release tablet.
Indications: Delayed sleep phase disorder, shift-work or jet lag

Dosage: Adults take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime as directed by your healthcare professional only.

Ingredients: Melatonin 3mg 

Non Medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, D-Fructose, Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, Magnesium stearate.

Warning: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after use. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if taking anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure, immunosuppressive, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, steroids, have cardiovascular, chronic kidney, liver or immune system disease, asthma, depression, diabetes, hypoglycemia, migraine, hormonal or seizure disorders. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
